Your Personal Leadership Integrity
Leadership is in a crisis mode. Too many leaders lack the personal integrity to do the right thing. So, distrust is rampant. According to Edelman’s Trust Barometer only 18% of people trust business leaders and 13% trust government leaders. This year there was some improvement but it’s a disaster any way you look at it.
