    Agree with the communication tips.
    Engaging in a conversation is even more challenging especially during the Covid period whereby face-to-face interactions are kept to a minimum.
    Would be good if, some tips on these aspects can be considered. e.g the social media do’s and don’ts when comes into communications.

    The communication tips given are great; the one that resonates with me is “say hello”. As one who grew up in a collectivistic society, it is a sign of disrespect not to greet. Interpersonal relationships are much healthier and cordial.
